To turn the raw mud into an artice of beauty, to mould raw metal into priceless artifacts is indeed a fabulous task, hut transforming the young ones into ideal teachers and educators is more prodigious. The concept of education is changing a over the world, so how could India remain rooted in the arhaic concept of education? A new concept of learning and teaching as well as evaluation is being introduced. Teaching should not remain confined t four walls of a classroom or within the covers of a text-book. Teaching should not be cumbersome but a joyful experi And the evaluation of knowledge should not be confined to a few sheets of paper but should be a continuous pro learning and evaluation of scholastic and co-scholastic activities.
